SOPHO MyMail@Net 510 IPK is a complete, multi-language
voice and unified messaging solution. Digitally integrated within the
SOPHO IPK platform, MyMail@Net 510 combines a high level of reliability with
features that improve user friendliness, resulting in increased efficiency and
effectiveness. Along with complete voicemail and auto attendant
functionality, e-mail integration, Unified Messaging and hospitality operations
are also available. In addition, MyMail@Net 510 provides a web-based
system administrator interface to facilitate effective administrator control;
anytime and anywhere. With unified messaging, voicemail is integrated in any e-mail environment and becomes available on the employee's PC. Desktop CTI further enhances the office functionality by various call handling features. The hospitality package* provides straight forward guest messaging in up to five different languages. In combination with existing PMS systems, this translates into an attractive hotel solution. For administration purposes, MyMail@Net 510 provides real-time data about the voicemail system (for example, who is signed in, port status, error logging, etc.). On-line back-up capability and remote access ensure efficient maintenance and upgrading processes.

SOPHO My Mail @ Net 510 makes telephone communication more efficient for staff and external contracts. Callers are given the option to reach the required person via a message or to be re-directed to a secretary or operator. Message Notification to any user-defined phone number allows users to respond quickly and effectively to new messages. The Telephony User Interface (TCI) is easy and straightforward, with '1 for yes, 2 for no' or menu navigation.
Live recording of phone calls allows users to record incoming call and forward the recording to their own or a colleague's personal inbox. Multiple Languages are offered, allowing a mailbox owner or the administrator to set up each mailbox in any available language. With a wide variety of languages to choose from, most international environments are supported. The automated attendant answers and routes all incoming calls automatically, at the first ring. Callers can reach the desired extension by dialling its number during the opening greeting. MyMail@Net 510 users can also screen any call that is routed through the auto attendant and either accept it or forward it to their mailbox. Audiotext messages make important information available 24/7. Recorded menus of information provide callers with quick answers to frequently asked questions. 24/7 service can be provided through a customisable interface, guaranteeing that all callers receive a response, even outside business hours.
The viewcall plus PC application brings phone control to the user's desktop. An incoming call initiates as intuitive pop-up menu, enabling users to transfer calls to colleagues or a voice mailbox and setup conference calls.
making voice messages visible significantly increases the ease-of-use for mailbox users, thereby increasing voicemail usage and reducing employee response times. MyMail@Net 510 offers different ways of achieving this. With SMTP e-mail integration, voice messages are forwarded to any e-mail environment. And the Viewmail PC application allows for easy and efficient managing, editing and forwarding of messages. Viewmail can also be integrated within MS Outlook to provide full Unified Messaging.
