Our policy is to provide competitive pricing with simple Tariffs allowing you to understand what you are paying.
Any non payment of invoices when due could incur a late payment fee of £20.00 (cash) each late payment period.  And if a Disconnection or Restricted usage action is undertaken then a Re-connection charge of £75 + Vat (cash) could be applied.
All Terms are covered by our Standard Terms & Conditions which represent the only contract between ourselves and our customers unless agreed otherwise in writing between the parties concerned.
