Pana-billing suite

The Pana-Billing suite has been specially designed to
fulfil the call accounting & billing requirements of hotels and small to medium
sized companies. It stores complete details of both outgoing and incoming
calls, thus enabling effective call billing and the efficient control and
management of telephone expenses. Compatible with the KX-TA, KX-TD 816,
KX-TD1232, KX-TDA 100 & 200.
Powerful billing & cost management tool
Compact and easy to install, the Pana-Billing suite is a
unique product that turns a telephone system into a powerful billing and cost
management tool.
Two software versions
It is supplied with two software versions. The
Hotel version enables the billing of telephone calls and of extra charges for
the extensions assigned to room or booth departments whereas the Business
version is able to produce detailed and summarised call reports, trunk occupancy
reports and a breakdown of costs by department.
Tariff databases
The system is able to calculate the price of telephone
calls to any destination and via any carrier by means of a comprehensive series
of tariff databases.
Hotel version
- Extensions may be assigned to different categories
(rooms, booths, administration, lounges)
- Flexible programming of guest charges (three levels
of surcharges, initial cost per call, VAT rate)
- Billing of guest extensions upon check-out from the
reception telephone. Extras such as Minibar, Parking etc, may be
included
- Automatic printing of tickets for booth calls
- Production and staff shift reports

- Personalised headings and footnotes for guest bills

Business version
- Extensions may be assigned to up to 25 different
departments
- Details enquiries of calls: in chronological order,
by extension or department, by account code, by exchange line, in real time
- Selection filters: date and time, duration, cost,
destination, call type
- User-defined reports e.g. every Monday morning,
report of calls made the previous week by the marketing department
- Graphics showing monthly evolution of telephone
traffic and operator response times
- Totals per extension, department and exchange line
- Selection of the output device: display, internal
printer, external printer
- Handling of account codes
